We collect and process personal data that you provide to us in the context of your orders in our online shop. This includes:

  • • CI or RUC

  • • To the shipping company commissioned by us, we may pass on your delivery address with name, telephone number, and CI or RUC, but only if the shipment is made via this service provider.
  • • In the case of group orders or deliveries to collection points, the name and telephone number will be transmitted to the relevant parties.

We use Odoo Business software and leverage its standard and high data security standards to protect your data. This includes, among other things. Our Odoo Business instance is hosted via Cloudpepper, whose servers are located outside of Paraguay. We rely on the established security standards of Cloudpepper and Odoo to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data.

We ourselves do not set any specific storage periods in our ERP system. However, the storage of invoice data (Factura Legal) is carried out in accordance with legal regulations by our accountant.

You have the right to receive information about the personal data we store, as well as to request its correction or deletion. You can view and change your data in your customer portal. Requests for information, correction, or deletion can be directed to us via the channels specified on our contact page. We will process your request immediately.

We use web analysis tools that comply with the international standard to analyze the use of our website and improve our offer.


9. Data Protection for Children

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. Children may not place orders through our online shop. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Should we integrate payment service providers into our online shop in the future, we will supplement this privacy policy accordingly and inform you about the data processing practices of these service providers.
